In 2019, the SciMath Team and I made a plan to improve our KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).  My summary of the SciMath 2019 KPI plan can be found HERE.

For 2020, I would like to propose the following initiatives.  I am also inviting the team to propose additional initiatives that we should work on.  ​

Increasing Awards

• 1 Creating New Programs
  Task 1.1 Creating an Environmental Science degree
  Task 1.2 Initiate the inquiry of an Honors program
• 2 Improving pathways of existing degrees
  Task 2.1 Adding at least three additional transfer agreements to the existing portfolio.
• 3 Continued improvement on advising
  Task 3.1 Investigate why students who don’t declare with us but do general AA and go somewhere else for science degrees.
