Pangyen 'Ben' Weng is the Dean of Nursing, Health Sciences and Wellness at Minneapolis College. Ben has over 20 years of experience in higher education, including six years at Minneapolis College as the STEM Dean and ten years at Metropolitan State University as math faculty and department chair (2015-2018). He has a PhD in mathematics from the University of Minnesota and a BS in mathematics from the National Taiwan University. 

Ben is passionate about closing equity gaps in the higher education and providing upward mobility through quality education and career training.
